Makunudu Island, a 6-acre beachfront retreat in North Malé Atoll, is a 45-minute speedboat ride from Malé International Airport. This traditional Maldivian-style island offers 36 bungalows, each with a private open-air garden bathroom, minibar, tea/coffee facilities, work desk, wardrobe, and outdoor sitting area. Onsite amenities include a diving school (PADI courses available), a water sports center (offering motorized and non-motorized activities), a full-service spa, a lounge with a library, volleyball and badminton facilities, a restaurant serving international and seafood dishes, a bar/lounge, and a beach bar. All-inclusive rates are available (some exclusions may apply). A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily (7:30 AM - 10 AM), and complimentary 2GB WiFi per person is provided. Nearby dive sites include Madivaru Beyru Dive Site (5.8 km). The Makunudu Island is a Tourist hotel. The nightlife/restaurants are located in the hotel.
