Amansara, a tranquil sanctuary near Siem Reap, Cambodia, is a ten-minute drive from Angkor Wat and a short walk from the former royal residence. This 24-suite property, a restored 1960s New Khmer architectural masterpiece originally commissioned by King Norodom Sihanouk, features a replica of the original pool. Many suites offer private gardens and plunge pools. Guests can explore Angkor with private guides in custom-fitted remorks and vintage Jeeps. The spa provides holistic Khmer treatments and sunrise yoga. The circular Dining Room serves Khmer and Western cuisine using local, seasonal ingredients.
